Direct transportation from a member's home to the adult day care center or medical facility — and back — with personalized assistance if needed.
Wheelchair Accessibility
All vehicles are equipped with lifts or ramps and securements to safely transport individuals who use wheelchairs or have mobility impairments.
Flexible Scheduling
Transportation plans can be adjusted to meet changing needs, including one-time medical visits or changes in daily schedules.

Safety Measures
Drivers are professionally trained in defensive driving, passenger assistance, and emergency protocols, ensuring member safety at all times.
Insurance Coordination
We assist with verifying eligibility and coordinating with Medicaid, VA, and managed care plans to cover transportation services where applicable.
Reliability
Timely and dependable service ensures members arrive on time to appointments and programs — and are picked up promptly for return home.
Comfortable Vehicles
Clean, air-conditioned vans and buses designed with passenger comfort in mind, including padded seating and smooth rides.
